Before joining Jemco, Håkon led recruitment efforts in a European private equity-backed SaaS environment as well as in an agency setting. He has also worked at LinkedIn, where he advised Nordic and global organisations on how to build their employer brand, attract top talent and streamline recruitment processes. At Jemco, Håkon works with executive search and advisory services for leadership and key roles, with a particular focus on commercial and organisationally critical positions. He thrives at the intersection of structure and relationships, with the goal of creating lasting matches between people, culture and business.
