Ida holds a Cand.mag degree from the University of Oslo, and has over 18 years of experience in candidate sourcing and executive search. Before establishing her independent research firm, Get Hunted, in 2009, she worked at companies such as Korn Ferry Futurestep and Hudson, where she gained valuable experience in recruiting executives at an international level.
Magnus has more than 25 years of experience in management, consultancy and executive search. Before Jemco Executive, Magnus worked for 5 years in one of the leading Norwegian search companies with executive recruitment and leadership consulting.
Mathilde is our dedicated and driven Search Assistant. With an educational background in HR and ongoing master’s studies in Marketing Management, she combines academic expertise with practical experience in search. She is ambitious, eager to learn, and results-oriented, constantly seeking new knowledge and the best solutions. Mathilde approaches every assignment with professionalism and strict confidentiality.
Håkon combines strong commercial insight with a genuine passion for people and organizational development. He has experience from both scaleups and established corporations, and in recent years he has worked with recruitment, advisory services, and talent development across multiple industries. Before joining Jemco, Håkon led recruitment efforts in a European private-equity–owned SaaS environment and in an agency setting. He has also worked at LinkedIn, where he advised Nordic and global companies on employer branding, talent attraction, and how to streamline recruitment processes. At Jemco, Håkon works with search and advisory services for leadership and key positions, with a particular focus on commercial and business-critical roles. He thrives at the intersection of structure and relationships, aiming to create lasting matches between people, culture, and business.
